About me and my work

Are you looking for an opportunity to bring your mind and body more into contact, feel more alive, meet challenges with support, explore yourself with curiosity, discover pleasure and desire … or simply for a space to connect with here and now?

I will accompany you with an approach based on mindfulness and self-determination, supporting empowerment, curiosity, joy, and embodiment.

Step by step: My work is trauma-informed, nervous-system-sensitive, and resource-oriented. I open up spaces where you can be present and perceive what is right now, and where possibilities taking you in the direction you wish to move can arise. We start together from where you are right now – with room for (self-)acceptance, regulation, development, enjoyment, pleasure, experimentation, etc.

For everyBody! All bodies and embodiments, genders, orientations, nervous systems, etc. are welcome. I enjoy supporting people in living their lives in a self-determined manner and as independently as possible.

Holistic support, intersectional perspective (trauma-informed and discrimination-sensitive): I explicitly enjoy working with people who face challenges by the predominant societal structures, for example queers, TINAQ perspectives, disabled people, neurodivergent and chronically ill people, BI_PoC, etc.

About me: Since 2022, I have been enthusiastically applying ideas and concepts from the fields of sexological bodywork, somatic education, accompaniment, and coaching in my work. Since 2024, I have been part of the teaching team at the Institute of Somantic Education (ISB) in Berlin. In addition to my somatic training (details on my website), I bring with me, among other things:

  • over 40 years of personal experience, for example as a white, non-disabled, genderqueer AMAB person, raised in rural southern Germany

  • over 20 years of personal exploration and experimentation with different approaches to embodiment, meditation, mindfulness, bodywork, etc.

  • over 20 years of activist and professional background, for example in various fields of social work (queer intersectional education, support for queer people, disabled people, BI_PoC, awareness work, etc.)
