class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>From theater to dance, through various artistic and somatic approaches of bodywork, I finally landed on body-oriented coaching for people.<\/p><p>Sexological Bodywork has opened up a whole new world for me:<\/p><p>When we devote ourselves to our sexuality, we get quite close to our core being. Doors and access points can be opened to raise awareness of our patterns and structures and transform them on a personal and collective level. I&#8217;m fascinated by exploring the influence sexuality has on our ability to relate and our sense of being in the world.<\/p><p>How can we turn to those parts of ourselves that, on the one hand, can bring vulnerability and pain, and, on the other, hold great potential for development, self-determination, and empowerment?<\/p><p>In my work, I want to create space for both: space to get in touch with your deep, perhaps even hidden, feelings and emotions, but also space for lightness and humor, pleasure and embodied vitality. In this \u201evitality-research\u201c, we always move along the lines of your questions&#8230;<\/p><p>What is important to you in your sexuality right now?<br \/>What do you want to learn and bring more into embodiment?<br \/>How would you like to express your (sensual and sexual) being in your (intimate) relationships and in the world?<\/p><p>With curiosity, empathy and open presence, I will accompany you in your process.<\/p><p><em>As a white, middle-class, male-socialized, and queer person, considering privilege and structural power relations is part of my approach. How (gender) identity shapes and influences our experience of sexuality can be part of your process.
