Sexological bodywork has the great potential to give space for transformation and processes within so called taboo topics and problematic fields in our sexuality .
A session is for a period of 3 hours and contains a part of conversation and hands on body part or exercises. Access is done based on understanding and f.e. unintentional touch. But also body exercises can be part of the learning process. Therefore personality development takes place because of so called somatic learning.That means positive body experiences bring body and mind into harmony.
Indeed us humans can learn to have great sexuality.
My work priorities to find out deep inner needs . By bringing consciousness to these needs , also acceptance and good communication the potential to have great joy , health and happy relationships is revealed.
My competence and strength is bodywork with 15 years of experience. My being is full of empathy , heart centered , intuitive with depth and humor.
The base of my holistic and profound understanding of humanity on the physical, mental , emotional and spiritual level I found I a healing practitioner education which I had from 2001-2004. Followed by constant education, trainings and self improvement.
