Hey, I’m Lena. I support FLINTA, queer people, and those living sober(curious) in reconnecting with their bodies – and feeling more freedom in their lives. This is a space where you get to show up as you are and explore new pathways – without masks, without expectations.

I know what it’s like when the mind is loud but the body is quietly screaming. When you try to do everything “right” and still feel: This can’t be all there is. My own experiences with substance use and becoming sober showed me how deeply transformative it is to experience the body again as a resource and anchor.

In my sessions, it’s all about sensing, learning, and discovering – through words, movement, breath, and touch, if you want it. Sexological Bodywork is the tool I use to open spaces: for courage, sensuality, clarity, and genuine connection. There’s no esoteric quick fix here – but real transformation.

I work trauma-informed, on eye level, and with a touch of humor. So you can come home to yourself and live your own truth.
