During individual or couple sessions and group workshops, I support you in coming home to your body, getting to know it and becoming more sensitive to what it tells you.

You will learn to feel, express and negotiate your needs and boundaries in order to get what you desire. Away from old patterns, towards freedom and sexual self-determination.

You can explore what you require for pleasure and arousal, what type of touches, body parts and sensations give you pleasure an what type of scenarios or stories you are drawn to.

I work in a trauma-sensitive and process-oriented way. In addition to methods from sexological bodywork, my work also incorporates bits and pieces from coaching and psychotherapy. My experience in BDSM & kink as well as my own path to connection with myself and my body and to lively pleasure are also at your disposal.

I offer you a space in which you can explore your topic in a completely self-determined way supported by my presence, mindfulness, methods and impulses and, if desired, also through touch. Depending on what feels right for you at the time.
