Most people find their way to me because they feel disconnected from their body, their desire, or their pleasure. Or they simply have this intuition that there’s so much more possible within their body, and are curious to experience more pleasure and aliveness.

I support this process through somatic coaching and, optionally, touch – always at your pace. My priority is to support you in discovering the potential of your body and shaping your intimacy in a way that’s fully self-determined.

What sexuality can actually be has always been a big question for me – beyond the societal conditioning that taught us to be ashamed of our bodies, to suppress desire, and to force our longing into rigid scripts. I know these patterns from the inside – as someone socialized as a woman – and from the outside, through years of accompanying others back to self-acceptance and self-determination. My way of working has grown out of both.

You’ve probably already spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself – figuring out what “the problem” is and how to fix it. And yet: the feeling of truly being at home in your body hasn’t come on its own.

What moves me again and again in my work: watching what happens when we stop seeing ourselves as a problem to be solved, and instead start meeting ourselves exactly where we are.

When we relearn to sense what we want and what we don’t, a whole new world opens up. Not because we’ve understood more, but because we allow ourselves to fully be here.
